Horrible. Takes 15 minutes to register and then it never send sends me the code to finish registration. I just want to hold my package at a location. Won't let me do this till I register. Also won't show me the address the package is headed and the package was due to my address but now it's like 4 towns over? Uninstalling

I really want to like the app but the search feature for RO is horrible! It should search all RO status, I shouldn't have to search each status under RO. Also, if I'm in the chat, I should be able to pull the RO, not switch to inspect and search it again. The constant logging in is very annoying but the absolute worst is that the keyboard on Android is defaulted to a web address keyboard....

Ford Technicians only. Very impressed for what it is. Just want drive cycle monitor ststus quickly and controlling PIDs. Besides that this thing has been great

Initial set up was very difficult, now it runs great though

OG version was better to adjust size of images when making them wide or narrow

Doesn't work 80% of the time. First it takes forever to log in. I usually have a 5 minute walk to my truck after work. It never starts my truck by the time I get there. Then if it does start, it shuts off when you open the door (Ford and GM don't do that). Then after it works, the app stays at the top of the screen and won't clear. Freezes and long boot times. I wouldn't pay for this feature, just going to install good ol key fob remote start and be done with this.
