Seemingly a great app. However for every payment I set up, I set up auto pay and it never goes through and then I get message after message that my payment is late, and then I set up auto pay and the next payment, it doesn't go through as if I haven't set up auto pay with every payment. What's going on???

Love this app and use it everyday. The last week or so it consistently cuts off after 10 minutes of listening. It's getting annoying.

Whats the deal with the account pop up? I didn't even do an update and it just randomly started showing up and won't go away. Can't message anyone bc it is in the way!

What has been going on? She has not been responding to my commands. Commands I g8ve everyday (especially with spotify) she all of the sudden either doesn't respond to or doesn't understand what I'm saying or just ignores. It's getting really frustrating.

Every profile I click on it says they haven't posted any content yet. Which isn't the actual case. What gives?

Can't even get into the app. I enter all my info and it just spi s it's wheels. I just watch the goose fly constantly but he's not going anywhere! Needs to be fixed so we can use our rewards!

I have not been able to sign in for months. I've Uninstaller and re-download the app, changed my passwords close to 7-8 times, called customer service, yet nothing is working. I have money on the app and have missed out on SO many point rewards because this won't work. So frustrating!!

For months I have tried to get this app to work for me. I have redownloaded and updated it several times and it still doesnt work. I have trouble linking my tickets to anyone else. Looking up my pics. Reserving dinning reservations. Seems as if the app is just constantly spinning it's wheels. Disappointing and very frustrating.
