What is with the recent cash grab with multiple stops in opposite directions on bicycle deliveries..? I had pre ordered so the food still reached a couple of mins before the cutoff time and the agent kept harping on that, completely ignoring that everything was lukewarm when it reached me. The delivery person was out for at least 45 mins with my food in this cold Rochester weather and probably didn't even bother insulating it or separating the hot and cold items.

App started working just as randomly as it had stopped working earlier. I guess Samsung still has some work to do for integrating with non Samsung Android smartphones.

Can't sign up on this app. Signed up on desktop, then can't login to this app. Absolute garbage.

There has been a bug with the No Phone Challenges for a while and the developer has not updated the app in over a year.

Lots of basic features are missing. Unable to resend flight ticket. They don't even provide a proper invoice on booking. And good luck on trying to reach customer care.

Found a bug which prevents me from texting a friend on the app which is not there on desktop. Ideally it should be easy to use mobile browser to replicate web browsers but since this app is pushed really hard by Facebook there is just no way to do that.

Clunky interface with lack of customization. My in app transaction history disappeared and even support wasn't able to help. Wish there was another alternative NFC payment app for Android.

Never give this company your email address. There is no way to unsubscribe from the Spam they will send you for life even if you use their service once. All online discussions say that this is violation with the 2003 Spam Act, but they don't care. I'm not sure how much about any laws they know about after this fact. Edit: I've obviously tried your dummy unsubscribe button which asks to login, go to settings, and then change preferences. Nothing. I deleted my account. Still nothing.

Accidentally pressed the clean photos button. Shows no customization or Stop process and shreds everything. You can't even use a file recovery software to get those back.

Totally worth the small price to support these 2 creators. The animation is quite good as well.

They have been steadily decreasing number of available cars. Very difficult to contact support. They won't take your calls unless you're on an active trip and email response times could take a week. Support team also can't do basic math needed for refunds.

Booking feature is good, but why must an app for booking have full screen ads which cannot be skipped before a timer?

Crashes. Everytime. Unable to do anything on the app.

Share and auto services are in a very bad state. There seems to be no proper algorithm for matching rides in share. You could end up going the same distance in the opposite direction. Autos refuse to go by Ola rate or don't want to go to most locations.
