I'm using duolingo to memorize the Japanese alphabet, other than that the actual sentence learning sounds unnatural because it's too formal and textbook, not actually how people speak in real life. So I'm only using it for memory purposes. I am also learning Korean and it has helped me understand sentence structure more. I recommend this app for the basics but not for fluency.

Would be great if adds weren't popping up every 3 minutes. And to get more diamonds you need to watch adds. I don't think it's fair.
