Once a fine product but very temperamental of late with very poor multiple language integration and performance degradation at peak times. It has suddenly stopped the timer function and is unable to recognise the obstruction to do so in English or Spanish. Perhaps the new software base is causing problems? Who knows but for now I think Google is letting themselves down and the competition is amassing.

I am a total beginner, 3 weeks in, I think that Dualingo is a brilliant way of starting to learn a new language. And now with a run of 1300 I'm not sure. Duolingo is still worthy, but at some point it is essential to learn the grammar and I had to look elsewhere for that: classes and tutors. I'm European so Peninsula Spanish is important. Duolingo's North American Spanish, absence of vosotros and explicit subjunctive drilling means that Duolingo no longer cuts it for me in the same way.

What was initially a useful app for tracking purchases regardless of seller source has dwindled of late into just another advertising platform with limited tracking (fails with Amazon for instance) and a diminished interface. An indecent haste to monetize has made Shop a poor app which adds little to the buying experience whilst revealing that it is just collecting your buying data for advertising purposes.

Good integration, easy to use. Annoying tendency for devices to listen to music or radio that they have been asked to play and then try to act upon the lyrics, should only listen to me.

Doesn't follow standard Android "back" command, no context based commands and unintuitive. It could be good but it needs a lot of work from the writers, start by actual research of what good Android apps look like please.

Poor app showing the design of a PC only mindset. To register you need to provide the usual details to receive and enter an SMS code. On a phone this means swapping screens to look at messages, normal stuff. Except that the app notices that you have failed to look at it for a few seconds and takes you back to the login screen at which point the issued code is out of date. Try this a few times and the App announces that you have tried too many times and you'll have to wait 15 minutes. Repeat.

Running unobtrusively since its inception until recently where I'm getting a constant app notification staying "NHS Covid-19 Loading...". Strangely this has coincided with BLE problems using my Smart trainer involving running out of BLE connections. During lockdown, the ability to exercise is more important than running the NHS app and the constant notification is not reassuring me that the app actually works I'm uninstalling until informed that it more reliable. I expected better. S9 Android

We are aware of an issue affecting Android users of the #NHSCOVID19app who are receiving a loading screen notification. We are working with Google to urgently investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Not only unusable but also steals your money and it's very hard to get your tickets or money back once they have squirreled it away. Avoid.
