Everything useful is premium. You have to pay to use most of the basic features. They just want money. I don't recommend it.

I love the book reader. Thank you for adding the 'Shelves' option and enhancing the app further as well as fixing the bugs. Using shelves helps me in categorising and organising my books, it has definitely perfected the app. Edit: There's a problem I'm currently facing. If I tap out for a minute then go back to the app, the screen goes black and I can't resume reading the book unless I close the app, remove it from history, and then open it again. Plaese help me fix this issue ASAP.

The app is kind of awful. I liked it at first and didn't know why it only had 1.8 stars until I found out: it's inaccurate. The estimated times are totally unreliable and are more often than not 'false'. Edit: Now it's not working at all. Great.

The graphics are just on point, amazing style, the clues aren't too hard but not too easy; just the right difficulty and at the end of the day: amazing out of the box missions. Doesn't accept my promo codes even though it always accepts my sister's codes. The app itself isn't bad to use and doesn't lag a lot but it misses some features. When trying to verify my order, if they can't reach you, they just cancel the order altogether without consulting you or trying to reach you via email or trying to call again. You could wait forever for your order but unbeknownst to you, it's actually cancelled because data's acting up in your area and "they can't reach you".

The Worst. Totally inflexible. My marketplace is not even available in my cloned app. When I switch through accounts, night mode doesn't apply to both even if it applies to the account on another device. Navigation is a nightmare. Scrolling through pages is the worst. It is just lagging by itself even if every other app is working flawlessly and internet speed is high. I don't understand why it is so difficult to use when it should be one of the best apps. Improve scrolling and navigation.

The game is overall good. Nice puzzles; not too hard, not too easy. I can see the effort that the creator put in design and graphics. It's just the audio that bothers me. The game doesn't let me play songs while playing even if you turn off all in-game sounds and audios and that's really annoying. Even if I succeed in playing a song, it turns it off every time I move from room to room and that's like a nightmare to me. Please find me a solution I need background music while playing.

Too many useless updates that actually change nothing in the game. And you're required to update it at once or they won't let you open the game at all. While other similar games would let you go months without demanding you update the app. I also don't understand why it always requires internet when you don't have to interact with people online. It could be offline because it requires nothing but energy to play but no, please connect to internet all the time. Completely dissatisfying.

The game itself is nice and the levels are not that hard to clear so it's been quite an enjoyable experience but it's so slow. I have to wait anout 5 minutes just to get into the game and another 5 between levels even though it doesn't require internet? 2 stars for that. Work on making it faster without lag.

Could be better. Why is it when I tilt the phone on portrait mode it switches to landscape? If I wanted landscape mode I would make it that myself. There should at least be a choice. If I want it portrait select portrait, if I want landscape select landscape. You should make it auto on the phone's mode.

I honestly love the game. It's pretty cute and I really like the creativity of the whole thing. I don't really have any complaints about it and even if I had any my love for bt21 would outshine those flaws. It's okay now! Thank you!
