(2018) Update: This app stopped blocking sites unless I first visit it at the beginning of a profile's time. Email request for help was opened but no help/solution. Leaving ⭐⭐⭐ in place because when it worked it was flawless.

I sometimes project the main points of the note "behind me" and talk through them. Clients appreciate seeing them ahead of time and progressing through. The highlighted mouse/cursor option is a plus.
