The app won't open and just won't play 😒

Love the game. But getting fed up with it now as I've bin waiting nearly a week for it to update so I can do more on it as I can't do anything now

The Halloween game that's started today. I've got to the 3rd pumpkin tree and it's blocked in by 3 things that you have pictures on. I've used over 2 thousand energy to try an do it an still can't. Once you get 1 of the 3 right it should tell you its right

I'm just wondering why I don't get my daily bonus anymore. I.e when you log on it say day 1 day 2 etc and you get money the more games you play?
