I worked just with bluetooth only, now location services are manadatory to be turned on (I am running Android 10). That drain battery much more.

It works just a same way from very beginning. Bluetooth LE is a part of location services at Android, so eRouska will not work without location services turned on. Sorry for that, it is not our decission.
