This app has helped me track my Sobriety down to the second I put down the needle!! It's a great reminder when the urges come creeping up on me,and they do often!! ALL I do is open up Sober Time ,And instantly I'm reminded of the"CLEAN TIME" I have accomplished ,And what's at stake if I Let my Demons get a hold of me again !!! It's just one of the many tools I use to stay Sober .Today I'm Celebrating 🎉 456 Day's Sober. GOD NEVER ONCE GAVE UP ON ME
