Hi Louis, It is an older app that we're refreshing in parallel as we speak so it'll be available in beta soon enough. Work will carry on over the next few months which no doubt will please you and your cat. Understand the frustration but we make it a habit not to disparage other's work. Send all the constructive feedback you like.

Hi, Louis. Please check your cellular or Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi or mobile data icon should have at least 1 bar. If you experience bad connectivity, move to a location with better connection. If you still have issues, submit feedback within the Phone app by clicking the Menu button then the 'Support' tab and tap 'Send Feedback'. Thanks!
