I keep getting an error message about permissions being permanently denied, this not allowing me to approve requests.

I keep getting a "System is not responding, try again letter message" Whenever I try to login. What gives? I have already updated my login to the new platform and can use the web app fine.

Cannot read articles without installing app. Useless.

Can not easily search for old dates. Was wanting to know what day of the week I was born on and it would take literally 5 minutes of tapping to find it. On Apple Calendar it takes seconds. Very annoying.

Cannot connect at all unless I restart my computer. Connections again stop working after several hours, forcing another reboot.

This service should be closer to the $20 for 10GB a month range. Outside of most major Metropolitan areas you have to rely on very slow unreliable coverage, WiFi or Verizon customers to let you use their phones connection through mobile hotspot. Also throttling a customer to 2G speeds but still letting them do sleedtests at regular LTE speeds is fairly humourous. Why? Seriously, make this an unlimited 4gLTE plan for $30 and throttle to the lower end of 4g when congested.

Keeps saying an update is necessary. Takes hours to receive any email with password update instructions. Trying to sign up with Facebook says a valid email address is not valid.
