Worst app ever.. Never take loan from Tata capital. Their customers care sucks, they won't respond to emails. Portal never works. Better go with Bajaj, they will mention everything up front instead hidden charges.. I suggest never ever go with Tata.

Why can't quikr ban fake adds like olx? Just have a look at OLX, how they are handling adds.. If we want to buy second hand goods, now quikr is out of so many people. Try to control fake adds like iPhone 11 at 10k.. Block spammers.. If u don't have creative people, Do a copy paste from Olx..

Worst app ever.. They simply promote and payment never happens when we pay.. Amount debited from upi and not delivered to shop... Simply tike waste... Better to avoid this...it irritates in shop

Worst service for My FZ. I booked fz service and mentioned pickup issue.. They mentioned changed all wires and stuff and delivered. After a week it self the problem again.. tried contacting but no use. Better give to some local workshop.. I feel they are far better then this.

Continuously stops in between, not sure if recent update crested issue. Even offline mode have issues while playing song.

I don't think their offers are genuine and if u won't track or count days they will simply lapse it. I had a promotion of 7 extra day milk and they haven't added. They don't have proper customer care number to speak.. It's time waste ..

Worst maintenance of the app.. Eg: U need to enter otp everytime u come out of vaccination page. If u click by mistakenly again u need to enter otp. Why can't a maintain otp for per session based?

The customer service is too worst I placed an order and expected delivery is 40 mins. I waited for 1.5 hours and that didn't reach. I spoke to valet and he mentioned it was raining and still qt restaurant. Still Customer service is not accepting to cancel. If it rain for 2 hours do I need to wait? What a stupidity it is. Be aware..once u pay to zomato u never get it back..

One of the worst delivery..I have ordered tablets from here and they mentioned delivery date as 5th. So far no update.. no proper customer care no support.. if it is grocery then fine.. atleadt tablets they should deliver as said . Worst app..don't buy here..Better buy from a local shop or try app who delivers within city.

They mentioned The bank deposits are instant but it took almost 14 hours.. If we have a plan of instant buying crypto when the prices are low ,this disgusts a lot. Need to work on this and even the crypto prices are completely different. Compare other apps ..will come to know.. However ui is good... need to improve background process

Very stupid customer service and app I have placed the order by considering the time as priority, after 30 mins customer guy called and saying food is picked by some wrong person , do u want to cancel the replace the order? How unprofessional it is.. I have placed the order, instead of asking apology he is asking to cancel or replace that too after 40 mins.. Worst service

I have been using this since long. App is convenient to use.. The plans are good but interest rate for flexi is 14.5% which is pretty high. And there are a lot of hidden charges. I feel to with other banks. And I suggest the same to others as well.

Is this really working, I tried to register a grievance but always shows try again. And when I try to raise an issue it's only showing three districts.. Shame on how this has been designed. Investing a lot of money on unnecessary things and not able to develop a proper app. Govt. Try to rethink and redesign.
