Edit: so, the developer responded. Manually rescaning SONGS is possible by swiping down ("refreshing") the VIDEOS section list. But I can consider this a workaround at most, NOT A FEATURE. It is very unintuitive to refresh the video list so that you can rescan your music. Why doesn't this work by simply "refreshing" the music list?

You can manually rescan by pulling down the list in the video section, it will rescan the device.

Very bad, notifications don't show up, slow load times for messages and media, call quality subpar. Absolutely no reason not to switch to WhatsApp except for Viber's desktop version which is okay.
