I pay for the ad-free option and am still getting ads. Worse, they're long ads that waste too much time! Tried reaching out to support and the chat bot told me I'd hear from someone in 48 hours. I'd like a refund!

I really enjoy this game. But the recent change to the Gold Pass is TERRIBLE. Pay the same price for a quarter of the time? Fewer options to earn power-ups, and now they can only be earned by passing levels rather than by completing tasks. If the change was to make us buy more frequently, it backfired. My teammates and I are done making purchases. Dumb move, developers. Such a shame to ruin my favorite game.

I love the Noom community, the group chat, and all the mind tricks you learn. The one-on-one coaching is OK at best, but maybe that's just me. Last week, it disconnected from my Fitbit so there is no step count happening. I have followed every step, and my Fitbit thinks it is connected to Noom. Sure wish Noom could see the 12k steps I logged yesterday. Help!

Recently reinstalled the app and just love the Lightning round! But now my work buddy and I can't see each other, and I can't even play Lightning because I'm supposedly not on wifi. So I'm stuck. Please help.
