Hello! We're sorry for the frustrations. The timer is actually built in to enforce players to make a turn and not inconvenience others. Removing the timer can cause issues where one player may forget to play their turn and cause troubles to others. Reducing the timer can cause issues as it may not allow players enough proper time to make a turn.
