I couldn't log in to check in at my local gym. I tried a handful of times with no success. I had to log all my workouts on my phone to plug in to the activity tracker after I got the app to work again. In order to get the app to work I had to uninstall and reinstall it. I agree with everyone saying to bring back the keychain membership cards!

I have only used the collar & application for 4 days. 2 of those days there was no issue (outside of a 'false' GPS reading while our dog was on a walk) with the service or app. The other 2 days, the app didn't track our dog's location while on walks at all. There is no phone number to reach customer service. They only have email which is ridiculous. I will be returning this product as soon as my return request is approved. Of course they also don't pay return shipping on their useless product.

The application does not communicate consistently or sometimes at all with the GPS device. This has been going on for nearly three months. Customer service's "fix" is charge the device, hard reset it, and place it on the WiFi router. When that doesn't work (every time) repeat the process in a never-ending loop. Then they claim your device is working fine. Even after escalating the issue to the tier of support that should be sending a replacement device. Horrible customer service & device.

I'm sorry to hear that your device hasn't been functioning the way you'd like it to function. Normally if your device is having issues communicating, this normally is due to there not being adequate AT&T coverage in your area. Please reach out so we can check your coverage for you!
