A fraud company.Do not trust these guys.Once you cancel your subscription, you will be charged till your pickup is done and they will play with pickup date.Even if you schedule ur pickup b4 ur subscription ends,they will delay it,force additional month fee.I ended my subscription on April end for my subscription ending May 5.Firstly, they forced me date of pickup as 8th May which was Monday(office hours) thn they delay last minute, charge you for another month.Docs already submitted, no action.

In the age when refunds are instant, you wait for eternity for refunds, then they change the status to refunded with no transaction Id and no refund. Not only are they cheats but also the customer executives is fraud by giving excuses and reasons and daily follow ups.

Should never book via @pickyourtrail . They are frauds. They will lie you at the time of booking and when you will pay everything they will inform you that we can't make your staying arrangements or travelling arrangements to booked resorts.

This is a very bad service. You can't track your orders. I haven't received the product and it's 20 days I have been following up. Customer care is of no use they will say we will update you in next 48 hrs and now I am not even able to connect
