The layout is fine and the app looks nice, theres some pretty good promos most days too. The SGP is a joke, they dont even list the odds for each pick and it's unnecessarily difficult to even make SGPs. This app does not work most of the time, at least once a day I get an error saying they can't connect to my location. Closing and re-opening the app doesn't work, and the only fix is to delete and re install the app. I have literally never had this issue with any other sportsbook. Save yourself the headache and use literally any other book available, this one is not worth the hassle.

Its understandable for large amounts, but I dont see why $100-500 withdrawals are not instant, like they are on DraftKings and Barstool which take like 10 minutes to get funds. Its almost 2024, there's no reason withdrawals of those "small" amounts should not be instant. Draftkings and Barstool have had it for years. Theres literally no reason to use this sportsbook if they dont have a good promo. Im net positive on this sportsbook and its not worth my time or energy. Save yourself the hassle and use a different bookie.

I like the app and the layout and the football squares are a fun addition. The only gripe I have is it takes so long to get your money when you withdrawal, when Draftkings and Barstool have had instant withdrawals for years. Theres really nothing about this sportsbook that makes me want to come back, and if withdrawals take this long then I'm no longer interested. Not worth my time.

I used this app for 4 days and was given a $500 bonus bet that was set to expire in 2 weeks. I split the bet in half and won my $250 bonus bet. The next morning I cashed out all my winnings and expected to use my remaining $250 bonus bet. A few hours AFTER withdrawing my money, I noticed my $250 bonus bet was replaced with a $10 bonus bet. LMAOOOO. Reach out to customer service for an answer and they tell me the $500 bonus bet was credited in error, which is a flat out lie. Pretty convenient they notice JUST AFTER after I win and cash out my winnings. But lets give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that they made a mistake for one second. It took these clowns 4 days to make such a massive mistake that benefits them and harms the player, and I have been betting with Fanduel and Draftkings for 3+ years, Barstool, BetMGM, and Caesars not as frequently and not one of the legit bookies have ever made a "mistake" like that. These guys are full of it. You cannot trust this sportsbook to even manage their site correctly, how can you trust them with your money? I trust an overseas bookie more than these clowns. Don't waste your time or money here. The only good part of this app is the layout, which I actually did like. But this app has less betting markets than FD and DK, the app is buggy, and the people running this sportsbook have shown in 4 days they are prone to make BIG "mistakes", unlike FD or DK. Stay away and choose literally ANY OTHER sportsbook except PointsBet. I can't wait to see this company go out of business in a few years.

First off I mainly use Fanduel and occasionally draftkings. Whenever I compare parlay odds between Fanduel and Draftkings, Fanduel's odds are better about 90% of the time. Draftkings app is also extremely slow and laggy. I also have a futures parlay bet where the last leg is the Bills to win the Super Bowl. I've had the option to cash out since the 4th leg of this parlay hit, but when I try to cash out I get an error message. Been getting this message for over a month, reached out to support 4 different times and was told theres nothing we can do. I had a futures parlay on Barstool last season and was able to cash it out instantly with no issues. This app is horrible and a joke, you'll be better off at Fanduel or Barstool

Make the a parlay in Draftkings and check the same bet on Fanduel and Fanduel's odds will always be higher, even if you use a profit boost. Draftkings has some of the worst odds available, not worth the hassle.

If you request an advance, the advance is due before the scheduled pay date. So I take an advance, and have to pay it back in about 10 days, before I get paid? There is literally no point on taking an advance if it has to be repaid before the pay date. Every other advance app I've used automatically repays on the scheduled pay day, except for this one. There are so many better options available if you search for 10 more seconds, this app is a total rip off.

When i try to sign up with apple id, I can fill out every field except for my email. This App is so bad you cant even sign up to use it. Guess Uber Eats will get all my business since this app wont let mr sign up

The app interface is absolutely horrible, they have so many less betting options compared to fanduel and draftkings, the only good thing of this app is the promos. Even then, the only good promos they offer are for hoodies, which they have down graded the quality of since last year! Also I got banned because I was accused of "cheating", and it took these clowns 5 months to get it fixed. This app will be out of business soon, the only thing they have going is the promos for hoodies. Absolute joke of an app and I cant wait to see it go out of business

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. What a joke of an app. Lines dont update automatically in your betslip or when looking at games, theres maybe 1/4 the amount of betting options compared to fanduel/draftkings, promos are absolutely terrible, the list goes on. This app is only good for the instant visa withdrawal and thats IF it even works, that usually takes 24 hours for an "instant" withdrawal. Pathetic app banned me after not using it for a week then claimed i was "cheating". Dont bother wasting your money here, they'll be out of business by years end. Only good to use this is when they have a sweatshirt/clothing promo deal and thats literally it, besides that dont waste your time and energy here

Absolute worst sportsbook you can use and its not even close. Live betting is almost impossible since the odds change and you have to manually switch markets when that happens. There are basically no NBA betting markets available compared to DK or FD. Barstool advertises instant withdrawal through Visa, however the last 2 times I have withdrawn I had to contact customer service in order to get my funds in the time span THEY PROMISED. Very deceitful business practices. Other sportsbooks have so many more and better options and features that I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding barstool AT ALL COSTS.

This is the absolute worst sports streaming app available. When you are watching a game, you can only watch until the next commercial break. If you stay on the app after that, the stream will not work and you have to exit the app and watch a 30 second advertisement if you want to keep watching. You also cannot use picture in picture on iphones like I have heard you could do on illegal streams. If i was able to, i would rather use an illegal stream because ive heard they do not have the same issues as this app and you can actually watch a game in its entirety without having to close the app for every play stoppage and re open and watch an advertisement. If i knew how to, i would 100% recommend using a free illegal stream istead of this horrible app, but only if it was legal. 1/10 absolutely terrible and horribly built app

App is very slow and laggy, almost impossible to make live parlays without the bets closing. Not as bad as draftkings, but fanduel is still by far the best sportsbook. Fix the interface and live betting and this app had alot of potential

Impossible to make live bets without the odds changing 10 times in a few seconds, then it locks, opens back up for 1 second and then is locked again. The promotions here are great, the only thing holding this back is the interface. This is always my 3rd choice on bookies behind fanduel and barstool. And now Fanduel upgraded their interface, so the only thing keeping this app alive is the promotions. Fix the app and this can easily be 5 stars
