You will not be charged for using Decibel unless, after download, you chose the free trial and did not end it before the trial expired. In this case, the trial is automatically converted into a subscription. To check if you have an active subscription and cancel it so you don't get charged, please go to the app's Settings and select Manage subscriptions. This will take you to your subscriptions list and, from there, you can select and cancel any subscription you want.
