Deduction of money without providing phone number

  

I subscribed for a Canadian number and $4.99 was deducted from my balance immediately and I wasn’t given the number, I’ve tried every possible way it’s not giving me my number.
Are you guys thieves ?

This is where I do part of my business and since the update it just keeps popping up saying WhatsApp temporarily unavailable and takes me back to my phones main menu I’ve uninstalled and installed back thinking it’ll get better and now it’s only getting worse
