I have spent money on some of these stories, yes that was my choice big why couldn’t I open a new chapter and now I’m logged out and can’t get back in, now it’s telling to try another email!! Like what happens to my coins? Very disappointing about this app

Four days ago I requested help, Rocco (?) sent an email saying “ We have just sent an SMS message to your number containing Viber's activation code - please allow a few minutes for the code to arrive. If you did not receive the SMS or if your activation was unsuccessful, please wait 12 hours before trying again. “ So waited for code, I did not receive code, I replied twice to this Rocco and nothing no reply and definitely no help. It would be great and most helpful if we could get code through other form like EMAIL since there is no sms coming in for the code. Fifth day today and tried again, I asked for help from the “support team” I got “Mabel” same reply as Rocco but this time they sent out phone call containing Viber activation code. I’m guessing there is no communication or notes next to my account or number. Is there any real help I can get? All I want to do is get Viber on my new mobile. WhatsApp was so easy and breezy getting it over to the new phone why am I finding it hard to do the same with viber? And why is it so hard to get someone to listen from the Viber support team? Do they even read the email or are these Rocco and Mabel fake and just automated system bots? Be good if I can talk to a real person.
Update: Mabel sent an email to chat, had to wait for a while and (note: when they say to chat, keep the phone with (even if you in the bathroom) and check every few minutes because if you doing something and don’t reply straight they’ll close the chat,) anyway finally got through and received a call for the code, don’t know why it took so many days for a code that could be sent by email(?) such an unnecessary drama.

Love this app and the customer support was awesome, the two ladies that helped me in two different occasions (well one was my mistake because I kept entering the wrong email at check out) not only explained what she was going to do but got it done and my app was running smoothly again. Thank you 😊

Not happy that I’ve been on 6hrs wait for 3days

Love the books in here but hate the waiting time for in between chapters

I got a new number and I followed the steps on how to change over but the issue I’m having now is that I can not get SMS code and all other apps are working and I was able to receive codes. The only one that wasn’t working for was Viber, I don’t know what else to do, I have asked for help but all I kept receiving was an email stating to wait 12hrs and try again I have tried again but nothing is working.Help….please….

My 6yo loves word search and making words, so this was great for both of us, playing together, looking up scriptures and watchtowers. Great game. Thank you.

So far I’ve enjoyed the stories I’ve read.

I wish we could get more than just one stars, be good if we could get 1 star when we have 1-9 tries left after the match games, 2 stars when we have 10 - 19 tries left and 3 stars when we have 20 - 29 tries left etc etc.... but other wise I’m addicted to this game and I’m enjoying it so far.

Truly enjoyed what I read, was so addictive I couldn’t put it down but I spent way too much money on this app to buy more coins for the chapters. Not spending again EVER! Also what’s with the app not loading or errors??? Not cool!!!

Why did it charge me $2.19 to download this. Before the updates I never paid. Is this a new thing?

Once I got the hang of it, which isn't that hard but I'm not the most awesome person when it comes to technology and apps. 👍🏽 I use it all the time now. Makes simple photos stand out.
