Try many ways to contact the developer but no answer to support. Currently the game freezes on start up for 3 weeks but no Suport .

It doesn’t work on an iPad more or less a phone. It’s useless

Keep crashing every time
Can’t upload the calendar and the property is not showing in the network , even calling the support desk for assistance for 3 times. It still have no improvement. Disappointed way to promote the property.

Play this game from scratch for four long years. Earns money and gems from ground. Never cheat or use hack like most players.
I have spent thousands thousands gems to purchase and to promote transformers, and to buy three space for spark run. After upgrade today, the game developer removed three space to two. Scam and not recommended!
Less money earned.
Developer need take down hackers players, not to punish loyal gamer.
Done with the stupid upgrade decision and decide to delete these game forever.

The app is reasonable but the device technology is not on par.
I have to do a hard reset on the thermostat hardware once a month to stay connected on the wifi connection.

In the beginning of the game, it gains the resources ( gems, coins, wood , stone and iron) and level are proportion to the expenses. However it is no longer the case when you have achieved a higher level. It takes too long to upgrade. It takes too much resources to upgrade. And the number of gems remain the same.
I lost interest and is ready to move on to other games by other developers.
As a finance prospective, the number of times it take to gain the resources and time to upgrade are not proportional.
Once again, I lost interest after it has been a common issues for all supercell games like " Hay day, clash of clan........" I recommend to players only if they want to play the games for the beginning but I guarantee you will lose interest to carry on and will stop to play or ready to delete the game and move on.
Supercell just never learn from the customers

Very important comments:
-the developer need to re-balance the game equation
It will take 30 to 40 gems to fast track the logbook. But you are only earning 1 gem for completing a 24 hours logbook
It is a lot of work to earn 1 single gem
The logbook could offer more gem as incentive
The game can also offer more gem earning opportunity like watching links video etc
