Revolut began as a wonderful experience, but then I damaged my card, got a replacement and then it all went terribly bad. Customer care is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with any organization. Infuriating, frustrating, and completely useless. I’ve closed my account, but the still won’t let me go! It’s a horrible experience.
