I can’t use the service because the member ID field for the insurance does not let you enter a letter. Numbers only. My member ID# starts with a letter. How stupid.

Any transfers to Qobuz is basically useless. I’m getting a 99% match failure. Even when I transferred to Tidal the matching is not great. I would have to manually type in the song and artist and then Songshift will find it. So what’s the point. I’m getting way more success with Soundiiz.com. I regret my purchase to Songshift.

This app used to be solid. Now it’s very buggy. Buttons not working. Art work not loading...etc.

I was so hopeful they finally fixed the bug I’ve been having for over 9 months which made the app crash. And still nothing. They knew because I emailed the developer and they responded so no excuse!

The app is great but we need the audio to be independent from other apps. In other words, I would love to listen to podcasts while having this on.

I’m so tired of the app resetting any time you get out of it. At least now they fixed it where if you click on the last video you watched it will go to where you left off but come on. Fixed this crap!

They still haven’t addressed the playing audio from attachments issue. After a few seconds your phone will lock and the audio will stop playing. Very frustrating when working on music.

I’m a mastering engineer so as you can my expectations were high for sound quality. I knew the HiFi $20/month would sound better than any other streaming service but I didn’t want to pay that much right now. So I decided to test the premium version (320kbps) against Spotify’s Extreme version (320kbps) and to my surprise Tidal was cleaner, more depth, and overall changed my experience. I am now sold to Tidal until the competition decides to raise their music quality to at least match Tidal’s premium. Tidal still has some work to do to match Spotify’s features like blocking explicit tracks and better integration with other systems like Alexa. And one of the most annoying things about Tidal for me was the constant push of hip hop in your face. I got over it once I started to play more what I liked. The home screen improved a lot after that. But if you’re serious about sound quality and still hesitating spending $20 a month don’t because their $10 version beats any other $10 service.

The likes and retweets are no longer showing. I keep trying this app but it just keeps disappointing. I don't understand why to like a tweet or to view the details it takes you to another screen.

I love the app but come on. Still no Bluetooth support? This is like the only app that doesn't support audio output to a Bluetooth speaker/headphones. Makes it useless sometimes when I'm using one. This is Google. You can't make it Bluetooth compatible? Your Google Maps app does. Oh and YouTube of course. Fix it please.

Now there's a bad bug with the new audio player. It doesn't let you scroll forward or rewind. Please fix this.

I can't recommend this app anymore. It's helped me think a lot better.

I had an important reminder this weekend and this app did not remind me. I did set up the alarm. So this app is useless to me now. Deleting

I love this app. The offline favorites works really good. My only problem is there is a bug with playing AAC files (.m4a). If I close the app or the phone goes to sleep the AAC file will stop playing until I open the app again.

Doesn't compare to McTube. You can't rate. You can't continue play when you exit the app.
