Tried to access stickers & kept getting a box that said I must connect to internet. I’m on an iPad & am on internet?..

As soon as I get home from store, I verify purchases. Sometimes it takes 4 to 5 days to get an email back saying my account was credited but often I receive email that I didn't qualify; then it takes more uploading, scanning & emails to customer service to earn 25 cents ☹️
