Ordered a hardware and some accessories and was shipped to the wrong address. Was told that since it’s left their warehouse, there’s nothing they can do, and that I have to contact FedEx to change address. Then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that supervisors are only available for feedback purposes. My feedback, I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. Will have the hardware shipped back to address of origin, thanks but no thanks!
Update after your response: Apologize all you want but I still haven’t received my hardware for which I paid, I should have used a credit card instead of a debit card (to all others reading my review- use a credit card in case if shipment never arrives), I was given fedex info but then upon contacting them, they told me no such tracking exists, and then upon checking square sender details, it was not fedex but usps, I’ve contacted them but no response so far.
It’s been almost a month since I’ve ordered the hardware, which was sent to the wrong address by Square (because my home address on file is correct), so how am I being held liable for a shipment that I paid for which never arrived to my home address because Square f***ed up and sent to the wrong address…
And if I’m not mistaken, until shipment arrives to your address, you as a customer aren’t liable, the sender (square) is. Please respond.

Worst crypto app out there, no response from customer reps about questions on unnecessary hold and delay. Not worth it, unable to sell when you need it and then, they reenable the sell option when price has depreciated and don’t even bother replying to your questions. 0 stars!

On July 2nd, I deposited $800 to OpenSky to open a $800 credit, in hopes of raising my credit score. It’s august 2nd now, I have not received a card yet. On aug 8th, I received an email stating it would take an addition 25 days from approval notice due to the current slowdown in our economy, however, it’s been over 30 days. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CONTACT, will contact creditsesame as I made this card through their platform. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
