the headline says it all ever since the lasr 2 updates when I try to open it it crashes instead of loading…

just wish it didn’t take so long for the next chapter to be ready to read…

I LIKE THE BOOKS THAT I HAVE READ SO FAR SOOO I DECIDED TO GET THE 700 COINS/$5.99 A MONTH SUBSCRIPTION….WELLL THEY GOT THEIR MONEY BUT I DIDN’T GET MY 700 COINS…I CLICKED ON “Contact Us” & A BOX POPPED UP SAYING “error sending email there was a problem with sending email. please check if you have signed in to your appleID on your device”
SOOO THAT IS WHY I AM POSTING ABOUT IT HERE IN MY REVIEW HOPING IT GETS SOMEBODY’S ATTENTION THAT CAN HELP ME EITHER GET MY 700 COINS OR MY MONEY BACK…

the new mini event is one we have already played…the pizza event…weird i’ve already got the characters from this evrnt from when we played it before…

the new season (january) daily game started and when I tried to play it the only ball on the table was the 8 ball…I lost gems & coins trying to play that game 3 different times ugh frustrating…if someone could fix the glitch i’d be much appreciative

Like the title says it won’t load I tap on the app box pops up but it won’t load it closes out

it still crashes after just a few minutes in the game but I guess that’s just life
the main reason i’m leaving a review is in hopes that the game developers will read it & take a game suggestion…
PLEASE ADD MORE CHARACTERS TO THE QUAHOG HISTORICAL SOCIETY BUILDING!!!
I have 42,000 + of those token thingies you need to buy characters in the quahog historical society building & nothing to spend them on since I have bought every character the building has so pleeease add more characters

the game crashes every freakin time I try to do anything i’m gettin fed up will somebody PLEASE FIX THE CRASHES

I haven’t played in a while but the last time I did play I had no problem now it’s saying “user name or password is incorrect” even tho when I launch the app it shows that I sign in under my game center id…any thoughts?

it says loading error & a picture of consuela pops up saying “unknown character class:” I got into the game early this morning then 2 hours later that load error popped up when I tried to load the game…uhh any help appreciated

it was working fine yesterday but now it won’t load it gets to 17% loaded then says “refresh check network connection” but my network is fine…I did the update but nothing changed…help?

I am logged into facebook with the game but my facebook profile picture is not showing up as my profile pic on the game...I have logged out of facebook with the game & back in but still nothing i’m on an iphone 7+
UPDATE
I uninstalled then re-installed the game & logged back into facebook on the game & my facebook profile pic popped up as my profile pic in the game so problem solved so the game is great now

It needs the ability to send NOTIFICATIONS when money is deposited OR withdrawn from the account & it needs the ability to show PENDING transactions!!!!

I have stopped receiving message notifications from facebook messenger even tho I have notifications turned on & no one is muted...

the update today fixed the lagging so thank you for that...it still crashes some tho...maybe that will get fixed in the next update...? :)

My “gift” tab won’t load it just has a green roundish loading thing but never loads & eventually the game crashes after so long a time & a lot of things have the round buffering icon on them like they’re trying to load but can’t...I have went to the link you supplied already when my game wasn’t loading & submitted a help ticket but never heard back from them so I don’t think going back there & submitting another help ticket will get anything done

It was working perfectly until a coupla days ago now when I open the app the first screen with the station logo on it is the only screen that comes up...it doesn’t progress on to the next screen where the music starts playing...can somebody fix this pleaseeee? I like this app & would like to keep it but if it won’t work there’s no reason to keep it...

I love canasta & when I found this game I loved it but within the past couple weeks something has happened to it because now I can’t pick more than one card at a time when trying to do melds it makes me pick them one at a time it wasn’t like that until recently & also my opponents keep leaving the game usually right at the beginning before the game can even start

but the new features aren’t there...the “joy bar” isn’t at the bottum everything is still on the left hand side...any suggestions?

I uninstalled then reinstalled & that fixed it the new features were there then so i’m updating my review

when I open the app and go to the different tabs...home, favorite, browse, and search there is nothing there except a message saying “An error occurred, please try again!” it’s been like that for quite a while...any suggestions?

why can’t we hide or mute other people’s stories anymore? can’t seem to on iphone se but I could on galaxy s3...
