If your developers make a mistake, it is not players fault. Taking away all of the gems I earned because there was a glitch or whatever by your mistake is not okay. If you make a mistake, be sure to act fair towards people using your app.

The play video notification constantly showing up on one chat. There is no video to play nor it was sent to me. When I open and close the chat, the notification still stayed there and still stands. When I click play video it wont load. Please fix it.

I can't reply to anyone's message nor I can react another emoji but heart. I don't have an option at all. This problem is present quite a while now and they don't seem to care at all. Shame.
