Emails go unanswered, no call backs, and the chat is always unavailable. I literally have to call Coastal Community Bank, their partner bank just to get help by having them reach out to Sable. Credit Sesame and Credit Karma have Credit Builder accounts and customer service that’s easier to use than this account. Let’s see if this one gets deleted.

They hold you money for weeks and never process transactions as they come in, and good luck reaching anyone because I’ve been on the phone for a total of 12 hours in 2 days just to not receive a callback on an issue they caused… man I’m ready for Spark to drop Branch as a partner because they are the worst!

Beware when the app is having issues like duplicating orders, which is an app issue, Walmart/Spark will only compensate you 2.50 for the trip to the store, which is not even a gallon of gas for their issue. This issue has been happening in my zone and the customer service is no help.

The secured card and bank account are awesome products, my issue is with customer service. Why can’t a customer get their issues resolved on the day they call customer service instead of waiting 24 to 48 for a reply, and that’s frustrating. Also they have horrible wait times when you call and it usually just puts you on hold until you get the option to leave a voicemail.

The app makes me constantly sign in on the IPhone 13 and I don’t like that. Even after signing in it force me to authenticate my account and get a verification code.

I’ve been order products from Geek for 3 years with them either being cancelled, or wrong delivery information, or no delivery at all. Go with AliBaba or Flipkart where you know you will get your items.

Highly unprofessional, doctors rarely show up on time, and that’s if they show up at all. Care coordinators are just as unprofessional as the doctors... don’t use this app go else, such as teledoc, and others.
