i advise people against using this service, its sketchy.

The app is up to date.
It stops uploading the media at 25-65% and thats it no progress.
The longest video i tried to send was 1:20, but shorter ones get stock too.
Ill update my star rating when you fixthe bugs.

Any time the firefox app is closed, all the colour/theme settings for duckduckgo (which are hard to set on mobile as is) revert back to default.

For several years now, saved drafts will suddenly be empty once reopened, messages will be delivered with whole chunks of text missing, copying text is impossible except in small chunks. Just really, really, really hard to use. Fix the bugs you have been uninterested in fixing for years, and Ill change my rating. UPDATE: this seems to be solved (seems), however, since then, i have lost 2-3 drafts to them not getting saved. There is a bug that ends up not saving drafts. Now thats even worse than the last bug.

I dont know id this is a bug on your end or iOS' (it is up to date), but Zoom app's request for access to the microphone and camera are not even recorded in "privacy" (zoom is absent from the list), so i cant allow access, and thus cant join in with audio or video.
I have tried re-installing. Nothing.
Fix it because so far i cant only watch and type in chat, but not join in w audio or video.

Comments are unusable, full of bugs, and all that on top of an ever more atrocious content policy that prevents the discussion of important topics like mental health and punishes the use of petty swearwords, but leaves horrific abuse content unaffected and monetised.

I'm loving the colour scheme of the redesign! There could still be some improvements in terms of ease of orientation/functionality in the app, but that was improved too

Tiresome and annoying bugs with the mic not recognising the voice, hance losing points, comment section not working, toxic forums
The new hearts system is horrible.
The new Dec 2019 update messed it up big time.
Otherwise its fine

I ordered my first order of many in November. It is now febroary and I have received 2 of them.
Live chat is purpousefully made unreachable and only a bot answers.
There was briefly a time when I used a cettain phrase to get to a live agent, who instructed me to open disputes for the items i have not received.

They were ruled out invalid.
Also, they patched up the fact that they were reachae via that phrase and now live support from an agent (talking to humans) is completely unreachable.
I am a customer who was, as of now, scammed on 8 separate orders, with copious hours invested into trying to rectify things, with AliExpress siding with the seller on each and every one of those put in a dispute.
Horrible.
A lesson for life.
