I am using this app since a long time .
And I am using it for the transaction and call both
But this Time i faced the issue when I add others bank number to send money it shows my name in all bank number even if it is not my .
And another Why Botim nog having any customer care number to help people out . There is one mail address but several times i send mail regarding my problem but nobody is responding what the hell is this. ???
Refund my money I am not gonnna use this app for next timee in my life .

Please don’t use this app for money transactions, my money from 10 days can’t collect the receiver person , I complain more time but any one no response and no reply.

I would like to tell you that I hate this app because I can’t send messages voice notes and I cannot even receive messages

I recently got a digital multi-currency card. But when I tried to convert a currency, there is only one currency available, USD. Call center said there should be more. They tried to help but still doesn’t fix an issue.

I’ve been using the BOTIM money transfer app for it’s convenient features, especially for local and international transactions. However, I have recently encountered an issue with a delayed transfer to my bank account, and unfortunately, there’s no customer support number available to call for assistance.
Although an e-mail address is provided, I’ve found it ineffective as I haven’t received any response despite multiple attempts over several days. It’s frustrating to be left without a direct means of resolving my issue promptly.
I strongly urge BOTIM team to consider implementing a dedicated customer service phone line. Having this support channel would greatly improve the user experience and provide much needed reassurance to customer like me.
If nothing is done promptly to resolve this problem it means that this app is a scam!!

We don’t receive incoming call rings or notifications. Only missed calls can be screen once app is opened. This becomes huge hassle and frustration as ppl think we are purposely ignoring there calls. This needs to be looked into asap. Same issue is faced by many relatives and colleagues they are switching to diff apps. Pls tale it seriously. Thanks

Botim i want you to upgrade your botim example like i am oustide in a park and i wanted to call my dad and when i went to the app it was saying no internet connection and also when i went to the botim app i touched a call logo and it didn’t work so upgrade the botim a little and make it easier to work and easier to use and make the botim good and high quality pls.😘🥰😍
