There communication is bad and getting worse.

The app worked fine for me until recently. I’ve done all of the troubleshooting at my disposal, I stay in my state well within the boarders, my Wi-Fi and data have strong connections, no funny business. And I still can’t place a bet because “my location can’t be verified “

I don’t know how many people had this experience, but the app doesn’t seem to want you to win, it won’t let me bet most times and I have to wait, losing money and bets I know will win! So, if the app isn’t treating you right, move on to the next.

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to place abet on mgm, had a tech issue, got frustrated and just placed the bet elsewhere. The least functioning app in sports betting. Dev team should be completely overhauled

Betting as a new customer on this platform is design to trick users. Jamie Fox needs to get picked up by another platform. Horrible experience. Talked to customer service was like talking to a wall.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the app lately , location service is on and set to always and precise . However , I can’t place bets because location can’t be detected , . This is so frustrating .

I’m having to uninstall and reinstall the app currently. After sometime, I’ll go to login and I won’t be able to place any bets. I have to uninstall and reinstall place bets

This app is awful. From the interface to the bets offered, it’s the worst of the available sports betting apps. If you are thinking of downloading a sports betting app, skip this one and don’t look back.
