Often when I select a category of products and start scrolling down, there’s a hitch and it freezes. The point where I was stopped shows three products in the list. When it unfreezes, there are three new products, which I assume are down further than where I stopped, so I scroll back up and find that all of those products are new and not at the top of the list I was scrolling down from. I lose my place and go back to the top, with all new products. The point of scrolling down is to go through the whole list in that category. I don’t need to spend more time on the app trying to sort through what I’ve already viewed and what I have not yet viewed. If it’s a ploy to get more engagement time on the app, it’s having the opposite effect. It’s annoying, and makes me not want to use the app at all. |

Grove app constantly glitchy, significantly affecting experience I am a long time VIP Grove customer for 4-5 years now and the app has never been great but it’s so much worse now. Constantly freezes and doesn’t fully load. I get emails on deals and new items which I click on and gets opened in the app only to show an error message on the app. I don’t know what’s going on that keeps making the app terrible to use but it has made me less inclined to buy from them because it’s such a hassle. I attempt to load/reload the app and make sure I have made all necessary updates. |
