La început a fost foarte ok conceptul, ulterior au început să practice fel de fel de tactici nu tocmai ortodoxe. Recent m-au notificat să intru să îmi personalizez un nou card, totu gratuit. Am intrat în aplicație și am configurat noul card. De la început până la final cardul avea titlu de gratuitate, card, personalizare și transport gratuit. După câteva minute îmi sunt retrași 49,99 lei din cont pentru card…. Răspunsul lor a fost ca își cer scuze de confuzie. Asta nu e confuzie, e înșelătorie și furt.

I use Revolut daily

I use Revolut as my default banking app. I add money from my salary account and pay with revolut everything.

They froze your money !

They put on hold my own money ,and will “send them back in 5days” or so they say . 5 days or more losing access to my own money is nasty .
Just avoid Revolut if you plan on transferring more than 100 bucks . Romania,Europe .

They keep changing policies

A lot of updates and new policies. Keep adjusting fees and getting more expensive to use.

Has it become a fraud?

I have been using the app and the cards occasionally, for a few years.
I provided all the information they requested. All of a sudden, the app doesn’t recognise me anymore. I can’t log in, as if my account doesn’t exist anymore but I keep getting emails.
I would like to stop using it, delete my account, make sure my data is removed but I have no way of doing that. The app keeps asking me for documents, again, I can’t get a legitimate contact number or email. I don’t want to create a new account, I want to clean up my old one.
Now, I am concerned that this app might be a fraud.
