It’s ok but its silly that the app knows my username, password, credit card info and knows about all of my passes, but it can’t retrieve my pass without me typing in the number.
At the risk of stating the obvious, id I had my pass with me, I wouldn’t need the app.

Heading to the window today as it’s impossible to do simple tasks like buy buddy pass.
App getting worse not better.

My stats were completely incorrect as the GPS tracking did not work most of the day. The app wouldn’t allow to turn off tracking on breaks and stack tracking, it completely reset your stats for the day. And there is no option to manullay add your own stats to fix the issue on your own. Pretty weak as a stat tracker

The app used to be great with tracking and would provide a map of where I skied using the gps from the phone. The map feature is no longer present even for days where there used to be a map. Today I ran the app all day on the hill. At the end of the day I’m told there is no gps data for this period. I know it tracked all day; the blue flashing indicator was in the top right letting me know that an app was using my location and my phone battery is nearly dead. Disappointing.

So many things wrongs with this app but now the worst: it doesn’t allow the user to opt out from auto renewal for next year!!!
GPS tracking is not working great and provide little value.
Maps can’t be downloaded. Stupid as one may need the app when there is actually little or no coverage.
Support is difficult to get in touch with.
Stats are biased and not reliable. Plenty of lift missing for no reason.

This app used to be great - you had interactive maps that would show when your friends got on certain lifts, stats were accurate, and it was all simple. The app seems to get more
Complicated and less user friendly every year. The stats are usually inaccurate (I skiied a full day at Breck yesterday and it logged 3 lifts). The tracking part of the app doesn’t work at all so don’t bother using it. Honestly I’m using this app less each year because it’s just not helpful.

App doesn’t track all the lifts all the time, meaning you don’t get credit for all your hard earned vertical feet. Can no longer add in missed lifts. Can’t even see which lifts you were on. It’s a step backwards.

Ok, so many mountains don’t have paper maps anymore. So what is one to do, use the map on the map maybe? Yeah, don’t count on it. If you are on a lift with poor cell coverage good luck getting the trail map to load. So one of the most useful features of the app is pretty much useless most of the time.
