Clicked on fees link when I selected a ticket and got me out of queue, another time it just went blank.

This app has never worked once. Ticketmaster is the worst of the worst when it comes to unhelpful price gouging ticket sale companies. hate them and hate this app

I forgot I had the Ticketmaster app and almost bought tickets online. I would’ve had to enter all my info online, this was so much easier

Able to get into presale to get the tickets that I wanted!

$30 per ticket. Tickets were $84. Ripoff

It’s really crappy that you don’t add the fees when checking the box of protecting your tickets bc it looks like it’s free, then you get charged an extra $7 per ticket once you submit to purchase:

I get ”Going on Sale soon” notifications for bands and genres unrelated to my interests. I get notifications for events that I would be interested in but are nowhere near my location.

They moved my seat and didn’t give me the section I chose

I tried to purchase tickets to Bill Maher on and off for the last four days. I tried both on my computer desktop and on my cell phone multiple errors would not allow me to ticket was a horrible experience!

App should be called resale master . Can’t even buy a ticket to soccer games anymore because people are buying all seats just to put them on resale for a high price . It’s getting completely out of hand now . Can’t even take my whole family anymore to games
