My licence used to be up front. First thing you see. Now you have to tap another icon. Not a big issue.

Why can’t I add my wife’s details and registration as all vehicles used to be in joint names

Hi snufgy, thanks for your review. It is no longer possible to have registrations under joint names, it can only be under one person's name. This is also true for the MyServiceNSW Account, which is why you can't add your wife's details and registrations to your account in the app. Normally, your own registrations will be linked to your account automatically, but if this isn't the case please feel free to visit your local Service Centre or call us at 13 77 88 for advice. Alternatively, you can contact us at mobileapp@service.nsw.gov.au if you have any further questions.

App problems

Registrations keep coming up now as none linked to my account on the app. Just changed phones and have tried going online so that it links but it doesn’t. In this day and age this is most amateur

Hello, thanks for reviewing. We're sorry to hear that you have been unable to view your registrations through your account. It is possible that your registrations are no longer active or there is some other issue with them, meaning we would not be able to display them on our side. You can visit your local Service Centre or call us on 13 77 88 to check this. If everything looks good on that end, please then email us at mobileapp@service.nsw.gov.au so we can look further into this for you.
