In cooperation with Yogini Susanna Kubarth, we have designed a mindfulness training based on simple breathing exercises. Pure Breath offers the following exercises: * Activate - free yourself from the power slump. This exercise arouses and strengthens your concentration * Deactivate - Leave your everyday life behind you. Relax and find inner peace. * Sleep Well - A simple exercise, if it does not want to fall asleep. Depending on our condition, we breathe differently. We breathe faster when we are excited and slower when we are quiet. It is also possible to reverse the effect of the condition on the breathing, and thus change our condition by adapting of the breathing frequency. This is exactly how Pure Breath works. The individual exercises give you visually impression of a breathing frequency, which helps you to change your condition in the desired direction.
