Something has happened since the last update. I love my Amazon App normally and am a pretty regular customer; however I’m so frustrated since recent updates. While I’m trying to shop on the app it keeps auto refreshing when I try and scroll to read product descriptions, & reviews. The page goes white and then reloads to the top of the product page. There is also no where to report issues with the actual Amazon shopping app - every spot that you go to that says ‘report an issue’ only allows you to report an issue with a product, or other Amazon related apps / devices, not the actual shopping app. It’s so very frustrating - please stop making it difficult to shop with you!

Except I can’t paste text into the search window. Why? Is this an iOS thing? Annoying and inefficient when the title is long. Seems silly actually.

Very niche complaint… what exactly is the pint of your app not allowing me to purchase kindle versions on the app??? But I can go to your website on my browser and do it??! What genius designed this feature? Bravo to the sack of hammers who thought it up!

Great place to buy needed items

So now I’m paying for a channel that also has commercials. Amazon is double dipping. This type of greed shouldn’t be rewarded by my continued subscription. I’ll be cancelling my membership and I think others should do the same.
This is ridiculous and can’t be justified. Netflix is more than enough. Disgusting.

I ordered queen size bed for my new apartment on April 9th. The delivery was scheduled between 12-15 of April.
I was supposed to get my order tonight on April 15th by 8 pm due to notification in the app. I make my plans depending on the delivery.
Delivery terms changed just by 8pm. Now it says I will get it in 4 days. So 4 nights I will have to sleep on the floor after working 12 hours shift. And all you give me is: Sorry about the delay… No one gives explanations or compensation or anything. Like it’s totally fine to change delivery time last second…
So much for prime membership…
Customer service is totally useless - it bounces you between dumb robots unable to answer any question.
