Quick Notes now reflects your preferred reading text size, which can be set globally under the system Settings - Display & Brightness - Text Size. Thank you for pointing this out in reviews.

We believe that it's the right time for the transition to iOS 13 and benefit from all of its great new features under the hood. All you'll need is at least the iPhone SE, released almost 4 years ago, but for those who can't or don't want to upgrade we kept the possibility to download the legacy version of the app.
