So when I got internet I couldn’t get into the game so I waited to get home and then I still can’t play even now pls help me I really want to play

Every time I play this game it starts to glitch but when I see my internet it’s fine meaning full bars .However I enjoy the game but please fix this issue.

I downloaded this app like idk a long time ago and i had no problems but now it wont let me play and in story mode,it said something inappropriate and now i dont know if it is still but yea.Cant play now :(
