I can't log in and it won't let me update my password. I also can't reach customer support. This app is horrible

Pathetically Horrible service. I thought I would try the free trial, stupid mistake on my part. They don't have that much quality content, so then I figured I would just cancel. I don't remember if I did, but now I've been getting charged like 8 times, and they only offered a Potential refund for one month. Pathetic customer service, or lack of it, garbage content on the app, and now I see why there is a 3.5 star rating, losing those months worth of money makes me shudder 😒

I loaded this app, found it to be quite irritating. The movies aren't to my liking although I did subscribe to it. After I realized that Shudder has nothing to offer that I am interested in I uninstalled and unsubscribed, this I did several months ago. I AM STILL PAYING FOR IT! STOP BILLING ME NOW!!! I DON'T USE IT, I DON'T LIKE IT and YOU NEED TO STOP!!!

I absolutely love Shudder, despite the incredibly limited offerings in Australia. But the app is hot garbage. It's the only streaming service I own that constantly buffers when I'm trying to watch something. I can easily watch anything on, say Netflix or Prime in maximum quality settings, but not this. If there were an option to tweak the quality level it might help (why there isn't is beyond me), but it would be better if it adjusted dynamically without having to buffer every couple of minutes.

I want to cancel my membership, but let me tell you, they DONT make it easy to do. Very piss off!!!!

Crashes as soon as I try to watch something. Unusable app. The content might be good, I don't know 🤷

Honestly love what is on this app but if I watch it on the TV it closes out. Tried to watch it on my phone and it still closed out. Please fix so I can use the app.

keep freezing and going back then stopped loading all together. I've only had this apop for 3 days

It sucks! You won't answer emails I tried to reset my password. You never sent me the email to reset it!! 🫤👎
