This application presents you the Bible translated into the Lingala language spoken in the Democratic Congo.
If you tap the little “book” icon in the top right, you can change the windows on the screen: Now choose either
- “single pane” if you want to see Lingala only
- "two panes" to display the Lingala at the top and the French or English or Swahili version at the bottom
- “verse by verse” to display a verse in Lingala followed by the same verse in French or in English or in Swahili.

• Mark and highlight your favorite verses, add notes
• When you tap on a verse, an image button is displayed on the bottom toolbar. When this button is pressed, the screen appears. You can choose the background image, move the text around the image, change the font, text size, alignment, format and color. the final image can be saved on the device and shared with others.
• Give your phone permission to download audio files for Lingala New Testament texts. Once downloaded, the audio files will remain on your device for reuse in offline mode.
• Look up words in your Bible (this is a “concordance”).
• Swipe to browse chapters
• Night mode for reading in the dark (good for your eyes)
• Click and share bible verses with your friends via WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, SMS etc.
• No additional font installation required. (Renders complex scripts well.)

Cette application vous présente la Bible traduit en langue lingala parlée au Congo démocratique.
Dans le menu en haut à gauche, vous pouvez changer les fenêtres sur l’écran : Choisissez maintenant soit «volet unique» si vous voulez voir le lingala uniquement, ou bien «deux volets» pour afficher le lingala en haut et parallèlement la version française en bas ; ou bien «verset par verset» pour afficher un verset en lingala suivi du même verset en français.
Vous pouvez aussi écouter les textes du Nouveau Testament en format audio mp3 sur votre portable en ligne ou bien vous pouvez télécharger les fichiers audio lingala du site Internet

Lorsque vous copiez les fichiers audio mp3 du Nouveau Testament lingala dans votre carte mémoire, et nommez ce dossier «Lingala» alors vous pourrez lire et écouter les mêmes versets de manière synchronisé ou simultané (marqué en jaune). Bonne lecture et bonne écoute.
Ou bien, si vous êtes connéctés à Internet, vous pouvez télécharger chaque chapitre que vous ouvrez individuellement. Les fichiers audio une fois téléchargés resteront dans votre Smartphone ou Tablette.

When you copy those audio files onto your phone memory card, you can listen to the Lingala New Testament. When name that audio folder «Lingala» and you open the Lingala Bible App on your phone and you click on the loudspeaker icon on the top right side of your phone screen, the App can read the audio files and displays the reading and audio in a synchronized way. We wish you a happy listening and simultaneous reading.
If you are connected to Internet, you can download the individual audio files as you open a new chapter. The downloaded audio files will stay on your device.
