Why didn't they send the code to me?

I didn't receive a code. Not even a single code when I try to sign up for Weibo,😓 but at least you can like, follow, etc. other people's acc without an account.

What is this app doing in the store when international users can't even register and use the app? If this is strictly a China only app, then this app should be removed from the store entirely.
