Rakuten has gone down the drain and has become quite literally, mostly a waste of one's precious time. Continually in the middle of shopping trips I am kicked out and given an "access denied error. Extremely aggravating, especially for tedious shopping trips. It happens ALL THE TIME the past few months. Or when it finally it does let you back in, the check out button doesn't work. What a joke. I'm now to the point where if it happens one or two more times I'm going to be done for good.

Watch your account closely or you will be ripped off (things remain pending, purchases don't show up). So far everything has been resolved, but if I wasn't watching it daily it would be my loss. I miss the customer support they used to have. Also, this app is like trudging through wet sand, while all the other apps whizz by. Very slow and glitchy.

I hate that I can't ever use this app for carter's. So I miss out on 10% cash back a lot.

They don't have options where you can delete your account. Doesn't mention that it only US stores.

Terrible....I got scammed from Tim Hortons Roll up the Rim Contest. Where I got $10 credit, now I keep getting SPAM emails. Now it's impossible to delete my account. They don't give you that option and they have NO toll free number. I had to request through customer service to delete my account. Don't waste your time with this app.

App was working great before with Woot! Now when I select the pay button to complete my purchase, nothing happens and I have to exit Rakuten in order to pay:( Update: The app isn't allowing me to view my account info. I keep getting the message "we are unable to authenticate your account" message." Very frustrating as I use this app a lot for shopping.
