App was great but now they force you to pay nearly $50 even just to edit an entry. Deleting the app.

I've subscribed to this app for 3 years and find it to be very reliable, haven't had a problem yet. I store all my passwords with Keeper.

I find this password manager much easier than LastPass, which keeps asking me for 2nd authentication. That defeats the purpose of having a master password and is truly annoying.
Keeper has a much better file system. It is extremely easy to navigate.
If I ever manage to get back into LastPass, I will be deleting my account.

They just updated and now you can’t add new or modify any existing passwords. They charge for everything now.

The latest version made switching between accounts very annoying. It used to be, tap account, tap name, switch.
Now you have to go to settings, log out, choose new account, and then log in. Why add an additional tap? That is not good UX

I have been using password keeper for many years. It’s facial recognition and 2FA is second to none, with a very high rate of encryption. Although there is cost for a single or family users, it’s worth every penny! Upon accessing the app, its user friendly interface will make you very happy, also if you forget something your looking for, using the search feature will locate the item using a key word. Open access to bank accounts or programs with the password fill in feature works seamlessly. The ability to add photos or documents is excellent capability within the app. More importantly this app bleeds security & user friendly features! There customer service is second to none, although the app lacks a 1-800 number for the personal touch to issues or guidance will always be a winner with additional customer service! Keep-up the good work! Thank-you for your excellent app.

Now I am forced to pay premium, otherwise I can’t access any single file. Be aware!

I used a free version of this app (with a few limitations) for a long time then one day all my stuff vanished. When I called them they basically told me they could only get my passwords back if I paid for a year subscription. So I did. It expired a while ago and I’ve been happily using the ‘free’ version again. Today I find I can no longer edit or even delete any of my saved information. I feel like they’re just trying to get me to pay another $50. I’m on the hunt for a new app. I understand the importance of security for our information and am ok to pay for it but I don’t appreciate how this app goes about trying to get people to pay. The three star rating is because it is a handy straightforward app that I liked.

Keeper gradually forces you away from the free app to purchase their paid service. They do this by locking your app forcing it to “self destruct” after 5 attempts (of entering THE CORRECT credentials). Now several passwords are lost. Bad business when you hurt your customers to force them to pay you for an advertised free app.

Finally the latest update with support for Passkeys in iOS brings the last feature I really needed from a password manager. Keeper is now fully multi-platform and I can use it on any device with every login method imaginable.
