Fixed some issues when displaying some commentary content.

- Several bug fixes, including offline content management.

- Ability to not download & display the images of the saints or prayers. This can be configured from the settings screen.

- Finger navigation from reading to reading
- Select a reading text and copy/paste it!

- Quick access to the last 3 consulted prayers
- Dark theme (convenient in low light environment, churches, for those who has deficient eyes...)
