Worked fine on my IPhone 8+ before the latest update, but now since the app forces IOS 16 or later I can’t use it anymore, since the app constantly asks me to update it, even though I literally can’t because the AppStore won’t list the update.

The app is no longer supporting any iPhone under 8 and frankly this is disappointing. Like many I have been a loyal member for a long time but I am also an app dev. With this, I know that they consciously made this decision. I know this comment will go no where but even still I just needed to say something, I just felt I needed to.

I finally decided to comeback to crunchy roll to watch some anime but now it needs an update my phone doesn’t have and other ppl Have the same issue If you guys even care read our messages At least give us the old version of the app u guys by far was the best app i can watch anime on but as of now i can’t watch anything

A lot of times I find myself not knowing if new episodes are out even if they’re on my watchlist. I think this entire application is flawed. I do love the shows. I’m a big fan of leveling up shows and I’m happy to see more of them coming in. Please fix the app so it works better. That’s my suggestion.

I’ve waited well over a year and eight for them to fix a subtitle problem, only for them to either never fix it, or somehow make it even worse! I’ve had a better experience, dealing with customer service at Genshin Impact! A game that’s infamous for taking a year to add quality of life features, and is well known for not listening to any of their fan base. yes, their company’s customer service is better than Crunchyroll’s! Another thing that I found recently, is that they’re taking multiple days to either turn on subtitles or makes sure that the subtitles work in the PiP! Recently, the subtitle related problems are getting worse and worse with each passing season, and all of the customer service agents don’t even to care, much less try to help. It’s painfully obvious like the vast majority of them are just copy and pasting pre-written scripts! Every time they eventually fix one problem, another one or two pop up the to take its place! They just unofficially shut down they’re a dub YouTube channel, and officially shut down their V-tuber’s (Hime) YouTube channel. let’s hope that they finally focusing on fixing the problems that plague the service.

It displays that it will work on this iPad but still won’t. I get it’ll take time I just hope it won’t be a month for it to work on an older iPad.
I still love the service just would rather it work on this device.

The app is very good, but not good mobile support. I woke up today wanting to watch anime and I got the message that there was an update. There was no update. I’m still waiting, and the mobile control isn’t the best.

You have to pay for English like why should I pay a premium for just no adds and a English pack really the only thing good here is I can find good anime and search it in a different anime app get better like I like it but hate it

Let users use the application without making an account (like we used to be able to); make more of the anime free to watch (especially less popular shows, like RWBY)

When I first made a Crunchyroll account I got premium for free for months because I had a funimation account or some anime account and I somehow just now I lost the premium when I didn’t do anything.
