Functionality and music quality is fine. Library is pretty good! The fact that they are always changing the layout and how to access certain functionalities is terrible - no one asked for this. Price increases without actually paying artists more is also disappointing - what exactly are you ‘investing’ more into? Developing more features that no one wants? Spotify has been my go to for almost 10yrs now but soon a premium subscription may not be worth the price.

Why can’t you fix the shuffle in the app? It repeats songs 15 minutes after it’s played it is absolutely garbage. I have over 1000 songs in my shuffle play and I hear same songs Within the hour.

I’m so confused why there’s no ability to like songs or albums anymore but there’s still an album with your liked songs in it. Am I just missing something? If it is truly gone then please seriously reconsider bringing the option back.

This app is the BEST. I can make playlists, listen to my fav songs and look at my friends playlists and fav songs as well. Also, if you follow your favourite artists, if a new album or song comes out, it will come up straight away which I 🩵.

I would prefer there not be many ads. It is very interrupting and frustrating.
